Jess Banner
Born February 22, 1983 in Towson, Maryland, Jess Banner's musical journey began early in his life. With rock n’ roll from his parent's band practices as his childhood lullabies, Banner was raised to express himself with music.
With a keyboard as his first instrument at age 10, Banner began laying the foundation for his musical skills. He picked up more instruments, as he got older, and played them all thoroughly and with great passion. This multi-instrumental knowledge allowed him to play all of the instruments featured in his original music to date.
Banner is also an advocate for environmental issues. His strong desire for environmental relief is heard in the song "For How Long" from his debut album. He has also played environmental benefit concerts, and continues to spread his knowledge about environmental well being along with his heartfelt music.
Jess Banner's deeply intricate, harmonically layered, and beautifully arranged music can be described as The Beatles and Led Zeppelin meets Coldplay, and can be enjoyed by people of all ages.
